The material

  1. Bananas ( pisang kepok)
  2. 200 ml milk ( suau cair bisa diganti air biasa)
  3. 1 egg
  4. Salt
  5. Wheat flour
  6. Skewers
  7. Ovomaltine
    The material for vla
  8. 1 pcs my vla nutrijell
  9. Hot milk

The steps

  1. peel and cut the banana in two parts
  2. Mix milk, sugar, salt and eggs until blended. after that add the teoung little by little until it thickens
  3. dip the banana in the mixture, then mix it with manir flour
  4. save the bananas that have been coated with flour manir into the freezer, approximately 2 hours so that the flour is not damaged when fried.
  5. after 2 hours, the bananas are fried and don’t burn.
  6. after frying, banana skewered with a skewer.

how to make vla

  1. Preheat liquid milk to a minimum of 70 ° C
  2. input my vla and stir until blended
