and now, i wanna tell you about making intestine satay. so, just immediately note the ingredients and methods below :

Ingredients:

  • soy sauce
  • margarine

Steps :

  1. prick intestine to skewers.
  2. apply margarine in intestine.
  3. heat the grill
  4. then its ready soy sauce
  5. if the grill is hot, put the satay intestine which has been margarine on the grill.
  6. if the satay is yellowwish brass, give the soy sauce seansoning sauce on top, to the level of pain that you want.
  7. Finally, if the satay’s intestine has a brownish color and the sauce has absorbed the soy sauce, put the satay intestine on the plate and ready to eat.

How to make a Infused Water

welcome back my blog, this time I will discuss ways to make infused water. so see directly below⤵️

The ingredients:

Lemon 1 kg

boiled water

Daun mint

cucumber

The steps :

Prepare 2 lemons,

wash thoroughly Slice the lemon into pieces, remove the seeds.

Prepare 1 liter of boiled water

Put all the lemon slices into the water.

You can add chunks of cucumber, mint leaves, or other fruit as a flavor enhancer.

Leave the lemon water for at least 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours. You can put it in a cooling cabinet to make it more fresh.

After 1 hour, the infused water will taste sour which means the infused water is ready to drink.

How to make a jengkol balado

Hello friends❣

this time, i will give steps to make a jengkol balado. you just need a materials be like the below :

  • 1 kg jengkol
  • 100 grams of red chili. this you can choice for hot level. Medium, low, or high.
  • 6 pieces of red onion.
  • 3 large Tomatoes.
  • Cooking oil to taste.
  • The salt according to taste next, i want to give methods for how to make a jengkol balado. and the below is methods:
  • Clean jengkol and cut into 4 parts.
  • Blend Salt. Mix with Jengkol  that has been cleaned earlier. Allow for 15 minutes for the seasoning to soak in the Jengkol.
  • Boil red Chili, onion, salt and Tomato
  • After the red chili, tomato boiled, then mashed.
  • Add red onion and Salt. Puree again.
  • Fried Jengkol  until dry that have been flavored it all.
  • Prepare the skillet. Enter the cooking oil then heat.
  • Slice three pieces red onion put in hot oil in the pan. After the yellowish onion, enter the red Chili, Tomato that has been mashed earlier.
  • Add a little water. Stir until cooked. If you do not use tomatoes, can use lime to taste sour.
  • Add Jengkol  that have been fried earlier. Stir slowly. Jengkol  Balado ready to serve.

And then, finnally steps last, you can Put the Jengkol  Balado in a clean, dry dish. Serve Jengkol  Balado with rice and vegetables. Finish❣
